• Campus marketplace for buying, selling, and trading student items
• Social networking and communication features for students
• Study resources and academic support tools

3. User Eligibility

To use MyKampus, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Be a current student at a participating educational institution
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MyKampus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Marketplace Terms

When using the MyKampus marketplace:

• All transactions are between students; MyKampus is not a party to any sale
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, weapons, alcohol, and academic dishonesty materials
• MyKampus reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms
• Payment processing and dispute resolution are handled through approved third-party services

6. AI Study Assistant

Our AI Study Assistant is designed to support learning and should not be used for:

• Completing assignments or exams without proper attribution
• Academic dishonesty or cheating
• Generating content that violates your institution's academic integrity policies

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI assistance complies with their institution's academic policies.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• Use the platform for commercial purposes outside the designated marketplace

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post but grant MyKampus a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you share and that it does not infringe on others' rights.

10. Termination
